This Site is owned and operated by Navanet Limited. This site is for selling Boat alarm hardware and subscriptions for use.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

It must be understood that while Product is highly advanced and secure, it does not offer any guaranteed protection against burglary, fire, sinking, dead batteries or other emergency. This is due to a number of reasons, including by not limited to, inadequate or improper installation/positioning, sensor limitations, battery performance, wireless signal interruption, inadequate maintenance or the potential for the system or the NMEA 2000 network or the GSM signal to be compromised or circumvented or cell phone coverage area. As a result, Navanet Limited does not represent that the alarm system will prevent personal injury or property, or in all cases provide adequate warning or protection. Security systems should therefore be considered as one of many tools available to reduce risk and/or damage of burglary, fire, sinking, dead batteries or other emergencies.

We also strongly recommend you to regularly maintain and test Product and stay aware of new and improved Mooring Watch products.

NEITHER NAVANET LTD MOORING WATCH, ITS LICENSORS NOR ANY RESELLER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOST PROFITS) PERTAINING IN ANY WAY TO THE PRODUCT, OR TO ANY OF NAVANET LTD OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LICENSE, EVEN IF NAVANET LTD, ITS LICENSORS OR THE RESELLER HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES.  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LIABILITY OF RESELLER AND/OR NAVANET LTD OR ITS LICENSORS, (INDIVIDUALLY AND IN THE AGGREGATE) FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR OPERATION OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (I.E., WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY), SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO NAVANET LTD OR TO RESELLER FOR THE PRODUCT.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed  your payment , we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected.  delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

Navanet limited and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the site.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you  indemnify and hold harmless Navanet Limited and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any action, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Term and Conditions.
